Supplementary to your statutory occupational health and safety organisation.
The employer remains responsible for occupational health and safety policy and decisions on measures. Managed HSE does not replace the employer, internal prevention officer (preventiemedewerker), occupational physician (bedrijfsarts) or occupational health service (arbodienst), and does not take over the formal RI&E review pathway. If review is required, it must be arranged through the legally appropriate pathway.
