Bring your action plan to the workplace. With capacity alongside your team.

PreventX helps deliver agreed measures through inspections, toolbox meetings and traceable action management. This can be temporary for a project or capacity need, or recurring in a fixed working cadence. Always supplementary to your internal prevention officer (preventiemedewerker) and your own occupational health and safety organisation.

02 · Capacity alongside your team

Support when your organisation needs additional delivery capacity.

The engagement can be temporary or recurring. We agree in advance which activities PreventX will deliver, what your team will do and how findings, decisions and open actions will be handed over.

01

Recurring HSE support

An agreed schedule of visits and follow-up for inspections, toolbox meetings, measures and reporting.

02

Temporary HSE capacity

A defined engagement for a project, peak, backlog or temporary capacity gap, including handover.

03

Alongside the internal prevention officer

Practical delivery and follow-up with explicit task boundaries, without taking over the internal statutory position.

04

From workplace to action list

Findings are linked to an owner, deadline and agreed follow-up, enabling your organisation to make decisions and steer the work.

Supplementary to your statutory occupational health and safety organisation.

The employer remains responsible for occupational health and safety policy and decisions on measures. Managed HSE does not replace the employer, internal prevention officer (preventiemedewerker), occupational physician (bedrijfsarts) or occupational health service (arbodienst), and does not take over the formal RI&E review pathway. If review is required, it must be arranged through the legally appropriate pathway.

Choose the support that suits your capacity need.

View on-site HSE support (in Dutch) for delivery in the workplace, temporary safety professional support (in Dutch) for a defined period, or support for the internal prevention officer (in Dutch) for supplementary activities.

If you first want to define the risks and review pathway, view having an RI&E prepared and reviewed (in Dutch). For organisation-wide coordination, there is the QHSE coordinator (in Dutch). If you want to manage measures, inspections and evidence yourself, view the HSE portal (in Dutch).

04 · Scope and price

The required capacity determines the proposal.

Locations, activities, duration, visit cadence, reporting and handover determine the scope. After the intake, you receive a proposal with planning, deliverables and price.

05 · Frequently asked questions

What you need to know in advance.

Q-01What does PreventX deliver within Managed HSE?
That depends on the agreed scope. The engagement may include delivering measures from the action plan, recording workplace inspections, preparing or facilitating toolbox meetings and following up outstanding HSE actions. Tasks, roles, locations, cadence and deliverables are defined in advance.
Q-02Can HSE support be arranged on both a temporary and recurring basis?
Yes. You can arrange capacity for a project, peak or temporary gap, or for a recurring schedule of visits and follow-up. The proposal specifies the duration, presence, activities, reporting and handover.
Q-03Does Managed HSE work alongside our internal prevention officer?
Yes. The internal prevention officer (preventiemedewerker) retains their own statutory position. PreventX delivers the agreed supplementary activities and coordinates actions, information and handover with your organisation.
Q-04Which statutory roles remain outside Managed HSE?
The employer remains responsible for occupational health and safety policy and decisions on measures. Managed HSE does not take over the role of the employer, occupational physician (bedrijfsarts) or occupational health service (arbodienst), and is not a substitute for the formal RI&E review pathway. Where a review is required, it must be arranged through the legally appropriate pathway.
Q-05How are the scope and price determined?
During the intake, we discuss locations, activities, risks, available internal capacity and the desired deliverables. You then receive a proposal setting out the scope, planning, engagement and price.
